  • For retail orders, we only ship within India.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, you can’t order Out Of Stock product, but please add that product to your wishlist and we will let you know once it is available for sale at medzap.in

If I add few products in my wish list, will it expire after few days?

You can save the products you like in your wishlist for future purchase so that you do not waste time searching for them later. Please note that the price and availability of products remain subject to change. Your Wishlist serves only to remind you of products that you want to buy.

Should I be concerned about the privacy of my personal details I have shared with medzap.in?

You don’t worry! We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. The personal information collected is done to enable us to send you the products you have ordered and to validate your identity, as well as to provide us with a way to get in touch with you if the need should arise. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. We do not pass on your personal information to anyone. Do you have ISO,CE Approvals?

Yes, we are An ISO 13485:2016 Certified Company and our products are CE certified.


What exactly happens after ordering?

After successful order, it will go the processing department and they’ll sent it to packaging, and from packaging department it will directly go to courier team (All process will max take 24 hours on working day) after dispatch you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package at the bottom of our website page ‘Track my Order’ or from the third party website of the courier company 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once your order is processed successfully, you’ll receive the invoice via email to the account from which you placed an order. You can also request for duplicate invoice by writing to [email protected].

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not already been shipped, you can cancel the order. You must contact [email protected] as soon as you can to make sure that you submit your cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Contact us via e-mail to confirm your order cancellation.

How do I check the current status of my order?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section. In the My Account page, click on the ‘My Orders’ link to view the status of all your orders

Can I do changes to my Order?

It is not possible to make changes for any order. If you want to change anything, the order needs to be cancelled and then re-ordered.

However you can cancel your order by login to your account and go to My Orders section. Here you will find option to cancel the order if the order has not shipped yet or send us an email on [email protected]


How should I pay? And what should I do if the payment is not accepted?
  • You can use all the major credit cards, debit cards, net banking and all major wallet options on our 100% secured payment network which is provided by most trusted payment partner Razorpay.
  • If in any case the payment is not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact [email protected]
  • There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on medzap.in. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. You may use Credit cards/Debit cards, Internet Banking and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.
Why did my Payment Fail?

Payment failure can happen sometimes due to various reasons such as:

  • Card Security Code failed
  • Insufficient funds
  • Payment Gateway Problem
  • Website Issues
  • Slow Internet Speed
  • Verification Failure 

Please check on any of the above issues before you will attempt the purchase again.


Delivery charges for orders from the medzap.in?

We offer Free Delivery for all orders within India only.

How long will delivery take?

If your items are in stock, we will deliver them to you as soon as we can. The regular delivery period is 3-5 business days, but if your location is in remote or is not covered by the best courier partners then it will arrive from regular local courier and may take 7-10 business days.

What will happen if my order returned without delivery?

If your products are returned to us by the postal service because you haven’t taken delivery, we will contact you to let you know.  If the product has been returned to us as a result of our error, we will re-send the product to you by standard post for no extra charge.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:

  • Redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery costs, or
  • Refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs) dependent on whether it remains in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred including re-delivery costs.

If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. Medzap.in accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In this case, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.

Please note we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.

Return & Refund

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You may initiate a return by contacting us on email [email protected] within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Once a return has been set up and returned to our facility, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.

To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:

  • Item has to have a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured for.
  • Incorrect item was shipped to you
  • Please be prepared to send us the detailed information of the defect to help speed the return /exchange process along.
I received the wrong product, what do I do?

We pride ourselves in having an excellent record when it comes to fulfilling orders. However, errors can happen. We are after all human! 

If you are shipped the wrong item, don’t panic! We will work on getting you the correct item as soon as possible and we will also cover any return shipping if the error was on our end. Be sure to contact us to report that you received the wrong product and we will provide further instructions

Can I provide a different address for Reverse Pickup ?

Yes, a different address can be provided for the reverse pickup but it is subject to availability of Reverse Pickup at the pincode you have provided.

NOTE: If the pickup address is different from the address on which your order has been delivered then please provide us the complete address with pincode in the details section while creating your return request.

How long it will take for a Refund to happen?

Any refund initiated from our side takes approximately 2 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

How I will get refund of my order which has been delivered by cash on delivery payment mode?

We will refund your payment into your bank account if the order has been delivered by cash on delivery payment method. You can submit your bank account details for refund by mailing us your bank details with your Order ID.

Dealership & Bulk Enquiry

Can I ask for Quotation as I have bulk requirement for some products?

Please use Bulk Enquiry option which you will find on right side of the product page to submit your request for quotation. Kindly fill all the fields in the Bulk Enquiry form.

We will review your Enquiry request and submit the quotation back to you with updated prices which usually take 1-2 working days. You will receive the notification on your registered email as soon as we will submit the quotation.
