MedZap offers exchange of products only when:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product or;
  • You receive a product different from what you ordered

If you’ve received an incorrect product or a product in a damaged or defective condition, you can contact us via email within 24 hours from the delivery of the product to exchange your product.
To qualify for an exchange, one of the following must apply:

MedZap offers exchange of products only when:

  • Item has to have a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured for.
  • Incorrect item was shipped to you.

Please attach detailed information of the defect supported by product images to speed up the process of return approval.                                                             
Once your request is approved, a delivery agent will be assigned to pick up the products.
We request you to keep the products in the original form and packaging for a successful reverse pickup. During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return.


After the product is received at our warehouse, a quality check is performed to ensure

  • the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).


In case of a successful quality check, a new product is shipped to your address within the next 24 business hours of approval.

SHIPPING POLICY

MedZap offers Free Shipping on all orders within India.

MedZap dispatches the products within 1 business day. From the time of shipping, it takes about 4-6 business days for orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control.

We will try our best to get your orders delivered within the estimated delivery time. In case of delayed delivery, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve your issues as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package from the third party website of the courier company/our website 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
